Very pleased with my recent experience at La Crescent Auto Repair. I had a leak start in my pickup, which hasn't leaked much of anything the whole time I've owned it, shortly before having to leave for a trip. The team at La Crescent Auto was able to squeeze me in on a moment's notice, diagnose, and fix the problem (leaky quick connectors on the cooling system) in time for me to depart. The work was thorough, the price fair, and the timelines exceptional.

I was not able to use La Crescent Auto as they were booked solid, a good sign, in my eyes. That said, I called them from the side of the road, outside their business hours, and someone just happened to be there early and picked up while I was leaving a frantic message trying to explain my situation. The person that answered expressed genuine kindness, courtesy, and empathy despite having to inform me they would not be able to get to my vehicle as quickly as I would have needed. Since I can't thank them in person this morning, I'm glad to do so here.

This place is amazing! In July 2022 had a crazy noise that my car started making as I left the LaCrosse airport. It got so bad I pulled over but couldn't identify any flat tire problem where noise seemed to be coming from. It was early in the morning but saw that La Crescent Repair would soon be opening. I somehow managed to drive into the garage and decided to wait since couldn't get my car an hour's drive home. When mechanic arrived, he clearly had other cars to work on but took time right away to address my issue. He found my wheel was about to come off and corrected the problem. There was only a minimal charge despite the fact I got squeezed into the schedule. If I lived nearby, I would take my car there all the time. They were honest, super responsive, and helpful. I am so appreciative and can't say more good for them. I highly recommend them!!

I'm only giving them 5 stars because that is the limit. Only an hour on the road back to home in Ohio after visiting my son in Rochester when my car starting leaking oil. Got off on the first exit I came to and watched the oil drain out of my car. Had my car towed to this facility not knowing what I would find. Trevor immediately pushed my car into a bay, even though they were obviously too busy to take the time to look at it. Being a single woman who was traveling alone, he could have told me anything and I would not have had any choice but to believe him. One hour and $50 dollars later, I was back on the road. But not after he carefully explained any problems that I should look and listen for. Fortunately I made it home without any more problems. I have great a mechanic in my home town, but I would highly recommend Trevor and La Crescent Auto Repair to anyone in the area. I cannot thank him enough for his honesty and integrity and for helping me I needed it the most.
