What Our Customers Are Saying
If you're searching for local car repair near me or comparing car repair shops in La Crosse WI, La Crescent Auto Repair is worth your time. They replaced my rear crossmember along with the control arm and ball joint assembly. Their first choice was OEM, but the manufacturer no longer had the part available. Instead of installing something questionable, they sourced a quality second-hand part from a supplier down south. I'll be honest, being in a rental while waiting wasn't ideal. But they were transparent about expectations the entire time. They communicated clearly, explained the sourcing delay, and made it clear they wouldn't install a part in my vehicle unless they'd trust it in their own. That level of honest auto repair is hard to find. Yes, I had to wait a little longer than expected. But it was worth it. The repair was done right, and the pricing was fair. If you're comparing options for cheap car repair near me, understand this: cheap doesn't always mean cutting corners. The price I paid was reasonable, especially compared to other shops in the area, and it definitely wasn't an arm and a leg. They do charge a 3% fee on credit cards due to their POS system, but there's no fee for debit or cash. If you're looking for mechanics who care about cars and guest service, I have no problem recommending La Crescent Auto Repair.
These guys always take good care of me. Excellent service!
Awesome reliable. Most important trustworthy. And realistic pricing. They do great work and so good to deal with. Would recommend to anyone
Very pleased with my recent experience at La Crescent Auto Repair. I had a leak start in my pickup, which hasn't leaked much of anything the whole time I've owned it, shortly before having to leave for a trip. The team at La Crescent Auto was able to squeeze me in on a moment's notice, diagnose, and fix the problem (leaky quick connectors on the cooling system) in time for me to depart. The work was thorough, the price fair, and the timelines exceptional.
